Shipping & Returns

At Toca Sox, we stand behind our products and want to make sure our customers are fully satisfied!

Please read our policy below:

- All refunds/returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.

- Product(s) must be unwashed, unworn, and returned in the original packaging.

- For product refund due to defect, please have an image of the damage/defect readily available. We may require a visual inspection from our production team before granting a refund.

- Please include your order number.

- Funds will be returned within 3-10 business days.

- At this time we do not offer free return shipping labels. The cost of the prepaid return label is based on the weight of the package and the shipping speed selected when generating a label.
